We developed a mobile app for patients to search for doctors, view detailed profiles, and schedule appointments.

Patient-Centered Journey
Users can filter by specialty, nearby clinics, or hospital ratings, and then confirm or reschedule appointments directly from the app.

Impact
The platform increased convenience for patients while reducing no-shows for clinics. Doctors gained visibility and could communicate directly with patients via in-app chat.

Continuous Improvement
We established design guidelines that allow new specialties and hospital networks to be integrated seamlessly.
